Couples therapy often centers on communication, ruptures, attachment needs, & building intentional connection across diverse relationship structures. Coaching is also available as an alternative to therapy for support around specific life goals, transitions, identity exploration, & similar, & is not limited to Pennsylvania residents.
My approach celebrates diversity & agency, centering inner work through formative, relational & systemic awareness. I welcome all identities & lived experiences, supporting LGBTQIA+ (asexual & aromantic inclusive), polyamorous & nontraditional communities, & those navigating neurodivergence, cultural identity, chronic illness & other marginalized experiences. I welcome secular & spiritual existential exploration of meaning, agency & belonging, including processing around religious trauma. I also value working with helping professionals, where shared insight fosters unique layers of reflection.
